Hi there and welcome to CDH. All of our beautiful dresses are 100% Authentic, superb quality and perfect condition so you can be the belle of the ball!
1. Choose a dress to hire in your size, pay the hire price quoted aswell as the Shipping cost, and state in the Information box when you would like your dress of choice.
2. We Deliver to you.
3. Wear your dress of choice with pride!
4. Return the dress to us at your local post office in the pre-paid mail bag supplied (it includes insurance), we take care of all the cleaning so you do not need to worry about anything.

If you would like to try on a dress before your event please follow the steps below (subject to shipping fees)...
1. Please order and pay for your dress of choice as normal, place your event date in the comment box and state that you would like to try the dress on before your event date.
2. If your dress of choice is available for your selected event date it will be sent out for you to try on after we have organized a convenient date for you.
3. If you find that the dress doesn't suit please let us know then as soon as we receive it back we will refund you the hire price (minus the shipping costs, you must also return the dress back to CDH on the same day that it arrives to receive a refund).
4. If everything is ok with the dress you must still return back to CDH on the same day that it arrived, then we will have the dress sent out to you guaranteed delivery arriving the day before your event (to cover the shipping costs of this delivery the same costs charged for the shipping of the 'trying on stage' of the dress will be taken from your card).
